2 months agoI came here at the beginning of March, and this was the result of my car wash with them. They assured me that the paint on my car would not be scratched. My car has always been hand-wash-only, so I was apprehensive. Needless to say, I won’t come back. See for yourselves:in the last weekThis location is always busy but it’s always fully stocked with towels and spray wash does a pretty decent job. Really don’t have any complaints except for I wish that they had air nozzles. I will say this location lacks on pre-treatment. Basically there’s no one ever doing a pre-treatment to your vehicle except for the guy guiding you into the wash. Like I said to wash does a pretty decent job so it doesn’t bother me. We are a member with tidal wave along with zips. It always seems like tidal wave. Their wash is just a little bit better kept up. I did notice that the tire shine sign was bungee cord and it was rocking back and forth from the blowers. Other than that All was good!a month agoThe staff was very thorough and the car wash did a fantastic job. The vacuum area is large and undercover which is nice on those blazing hot days. Definitely worth the money.5 months agoGreat car wash, fair pricing for quality wash. Nice clean and new place staff was over the top helpful. The owner seemed totally committed to high quality service. The soap this auto wash uses smells fantastic! I literally wanted to eat my car while I sat inside smelling the soap as the machines coated the outside.3 months agoFirst time using this car wash. I just wanted the basic wash. The employee of course tries to offer me a membership, i declined and said i want the basic wash. He says the $10 wash? I said that’s the one! He cashes me out. I look at my receipt and he actually selected the $15 wash. Of course $5 isn’t a big deal nor the issue. But it seems like he deliberately selected an upgrade, although that is not what i asked for. I should’ve checked my receipt immediately. I do feel like he tried to get over on me by doing that especially because we had an entire conversation about the basic wash and why i was selecting that one.

Go see Neimah!3 months agoWhy was one side of vacuums closed when they do not function properly enough to short us out like that? They weren’t close enough to closing. We’re playing musical chairs with vacuums and everybody was struggling. Meanwhile, two Hispanic looking guys are at the gates on their phones. Didn’t even glance up. They had more than enough time and energy to unclog some of these vacuums. Terrible display today, guys. I did, however, appreciate the black guy with the locs who put me through the wash. I’ve been a member since Hometown & each ownership change the quality goes too. Top of vehicle drying rag stays broken and side brushes barely touch your vehicle if at all since Take 5 took over.

stopped in at the new location on Eastlake in Mcdonough. Chloe was so extremely helpful and friendly. Harvey the manager could tell my car needed extra love so had me get the pre bug treatment and run my car through twice. I’ve found my new quick car wash spot. Don’t sleep. service and a clean ride!
Nathan was awesome. He helped me dry my vehicle off and offered me further assistance if needed. He was very polite. Now as far as the establishment all the workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable they didn’t rush me with my questions. They answered honestly and were very polite upon doing so. I have 5 vehicles and would bring every one of them here. The entire wash experience was a pleasure and I even received a little welcome bag as this was my first experience and a free air fresher. I will definitely tell others about this location.
Great car wash! Nathan greeted me and walked me through the specials and options. He was helpful and friendly. I liked the microfiber cloths and general cleaner. Vacuum suction was really powerful. No complaints, and I’ll be back.
