4 months agoBummed! Read UPDATE below👇🏻 I took my daughter’s suv in to get it thoroughly cleaned and purchased the “top” full service which included vacuuming and wheel dressing. The pictures tell the story. Poor work for a premium price! I will say that the crew was generally friendly and pleasant. UPDATE The management contacted me and made it right. Adding one star for professional follow up. Thank you autobell.2 months ago$50 and my car looks like it did when i bought it!! They’re so fast; I was there for about 20 minutes total. And no wait! Angela was so sweet, she ran and grabbed a couple of the fragrances they spray on the inside so I could decide. She was also very kind and complimented my cars’ purple interior and was just all around a sweetheart. 10 out of 10. I’ll always go back to that particular Autobell, they were awesome.10 months agoThese guys help each other and left the only blk girl to clean a car by herself. While they talked to each other and played around…Those boys never greet your black customers…. They just say but your car In neutral and put receipt on window…. Sorry but it truly infuriates me when I see black people being treated differently and they’re doing the same job as a group of white people it’s not right and it’s not fair. And to have bad customer service is the worst. I feel like no matter what ethnicity your customers are if we stop coming to your store you can’t function so you should treat every customer like a VIP and greet them with a smile.But that girl did an excellent job by herself keep your head up!!
a month agoI went with my husband to have his large white Tundra cleaned up today. Great service, it’s a very hot day, yet everyone was still friendly and fast. Angela was awesome. The lobby was even clean inside, I think Angela said she had cleaned it today, but I was super impressed. Thank you AutoBell on Albermarle.a month agoNot a bad spot to have your car washed. Very good service. Unfortunately, they don’t offer power washing for wheels with a power washer. Only under carriage.

2 months agoToday, I visited a local car wash place and had a mixed experience that warrants a three out of five-star rating. While there were some positive aspects, such as the speed of service and the quality of wash chemicals used, there were also a few notable shortcomings that affected my overall satisfaction.Let’s start with the positives. The car wash place offered a speedy service, ensuring that my vehicle was washed and cleaned in a relatively short amount of time. This efficiency was appreciated, especially for those seeking a quick and convenient option.
Additionally, the quality of the wash chemicals used was commendable. My car received a thorough cleaning, and the chemicals effectively removed dirt and grime, leaving a visibly refreshed appearance. It’s evident that the car wash place takes pride in using high-quality products to deliver satisfactory cleaning results.
However, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the pressure of the vacuum systems left much to be desired. The weak suction power made it challenging to thoroughly clean the interior of my car, especially when dealing with stubborn debris. A stronger vacuum system would have greatly enhanced the overall experience.
Another disappointment was the lack of tire shine. While the wash chemicals were effective in cleaning the exterior of the vehicle, the absence of a tire shine treatment left the tires looking dull and underwhelming. Tire shine is an important finishing touch that adds to the overall aesthetic appeal, and its absence was noticeable.
Lastly, there was a scarcity of adequate towels for drying off cars and shining windows. This limitation made it difficult to achieve a spotless and streak-free finish on the windows and left the exterior of the car looking less polished than desired. A sufficient supply of towels would greatly improve the final results and customer satisfaction.
In summary, the local car wash place provided a speedy service and utilized quality wash chemicals that effectively cleaned the exterior of my vehicle. However, the weak pressure vacuum systems, lack of tire shine, and inadequate supply of towels for drying off cars and shining windows were significant drawbacks. While it served its purpose for a quick wash, there is room for improvement in certain areas to elevate the overall customer experience.
3 months agoThis was my 7th visit to this business, first to this location. Every location offers the same services, some have a slightly different layout. It’s a very modern car wash, easy to pay and choose the service you want, and a great set up after the wash to continue cleaning your (powerful vacuums, spray and towels for windows, lots of parking spots, rug cleaning included). I chose to review this one because the staff here was extra thoughtful.2 months agoWe went to wash our truck on July 18th. The car wash didn’t get the truck clean. After the wash we told the attendant, Kyle, he came over with a sponge with cleaner on it and took care of it for us. Told us to go through the wash again. Kyle was very nice and helpful. Very good kid!a month agoIt’s is 9:44am temperature 82* and all the shaded spaces are closed with a cone. To me makes no sense to leave the sunny spaces opened and the shaded ones closed. Also this is the third time I come and no one is ready outside to direct the way into the car wash.7 months ago.No spray available .Some vacuums are not operational .The coffee machine needs maintenance and attention .greatly tire shined

Perfect service. Guided me on the best car wash for my vehicle today. Did not oversell. Took a few moments to brush wash the bugs off the front of the car.
Free vacuum, glass cleaner and dust cleaner (for reuse). Very polite management.
It is a good and cheap place to go to wash your car, the service was very good and they have vacuum cleaners that work very well, however, being my first time washing my car, it was a bit confusing to enter, but it is quite easy to understand.
I have been using your monthly helpful “unlimited car washes” program for both of my cars for years. I am getting unhappy with the very frequent “out of order” excuse at this ZIPS in the following areas:
> high pressure sprayer out of order
> tire black treatment not working
** high pressure sprayer. The attendant
Refuses to spray all 4 wheels on my two vehicles before the car enters the wash rack even though this high pressure sprayer has a very long hose that can do this advertised feature of cleaning wheels & tires. Could be due to poor maintenance or just neglect I don’t know?? Please fix these problems. Thank you for this service that you provide to car owners!
I am giving Zips in Matthews, NC five stars due to the manager Alex. Zips has issues with the app and being able to use discount codes, however, Alex has been so helpful and patient in trying to have me work through this issue so I may use the wash. The company needs to recognize him for his outstanding service which exemplifies excellent customer service,
Albemarle Rd and Independence Blvd locations both off the same piss poor service. If the attendant does a pre-spray at all, he will ONLY do the front of car and driver side, I’ve NEVER had a wash where all of the equipment works, and now they have removed hoses for vacuuming. Not worth your money or time.
