6 months agoThis wash is not touchless, so don’t bother with your Lamborghini. But seriously…The wash does a good job. As a matter of fact, I’ve paid twice as much for a wash half as good. The attendant is great and the free vacuums are a bonus.
The pass is worth the $20, especially washing off the New England winter road salt.
a month agoVery upset to have my windshield cracked at the easthampton location. After chasing a phone number for about a week and finally hearing back from the manager, was told that they would not be repairing due to no other car having the same issue that day. Have had the wash pass for a while and am upset that this company will not take care of the issue.2 months agoGreat deals , very nice workers and wonderful vacuums for free! They could really use a slightly better drying process … hand drying would be the best at the end. Given that caveat, it’s a decent wash if slightly over priced but worth the convenience and speed. Just got the monthly package with under carriage cleaning to prevent salt erosion up here in western Mass.

10 months agoWe had a mouse nesting in the engine compartment of our 2014 Camry last winter. Mouse left but the smell didn’t. Elron’s did a great job cleaning engine compartment and replacing cabin air filter. They also polished the headlights which were very hazed over. Now the headlight lenses almost look like new. Amazing! Great work at reasonable rates.4 years agoTook my car here for detailing inside and out after a long winter with snow and salt. I had quite a few minor scratches on the outside as well. I got my car back and it was spotless. The outside was buffed up to perfection. My car has not looked this good since I got it from new. I have nothing but good to say about Elron’s Detailing. Three hours after I posted the review below I was surprised to receive a message from the manager. After speaking with him it was determined that the car probably was not seated properly on the track. He mailed me a coupon for a free car wash and apologized for my inconvenience That was much appreciated. After the manager’s quick response and desire to make it right I felt it my responsibility to follow up and change the 1 star to 4 stars.
The car wash in Northampton, MASS was awful. The 1st set of washers just glided over the car and the blowers at the end did not work. Only the sides of the car showed some semblance of a wash. Very disappointed. I will never go back to this one.
Went through the self-service bay and the touchless car wash. Needless to say, the self-bay pressure washer was not fully functional, I paid the full $12 for maximum amount of time and still struggled to finish my car wash because the spray would cut off every 2 minutes or have a very low pressure. It’s clearly broken forcing you to pay for extra time just to complete your car wash. The touchless wash on the otherhand, damaged and bent my license plate in half in the front of my car and left swirls all over my paint and the salt and dirt on the sides of my car didn’t even wash off. Overall displeased about my experience here.
I’ll never go back! My Lexus received a 22 inch scratch down the right side roof sail. Plus the car is still dirty from salt infused recycled water. $20 bucks for this? Nay nau
If you all will notice, Mr Golden Nozzle responded with a pathetic message like he really cared. I called 3 days ago to his number and he never returned the call (as one would expect). This business is poorly run and managed! Read the reviews! Any car wash that damages your car and comes out still dirty is a gigantic waste of $20. You’ll get a better wash driving thru a good puddle. It’s your loss if you patronize this establishment; I know I sure won’t.
So annoyed the way I was treated by the manager Pedro today.He cancelled my membership as he said my sticker was in the wrong location on my car.its been there for years and Ive never had any staff member including Pedro have a problem with it. I could have moved it in a few days once I got another parking sticker and move my current one and placed the golden nozzle sticker when he wanted it. He cancelled my account without my knowledge or permnission. The way I was spoken to was rude and unprofessional . He asked me to back out of the wash and he got several cars to move. I said i wanted my car washed and refused to leave. He agreed to wash it, but yet again was unprofessional ,ran my car through without soap. This one star review is so well deserved Pedro. I have made a complaint to your Coporate office and Im awaiting a call from your regional manager. Shame on you for how you treated a solid custome,r not once but twice today.
Great car wash easy off and on the route 91 and it actually get your car clean I think it’s better than the touchless car washes
