6 months agoThis car wash pulled my car into another car. It scratched the bumper on my car pretty hard.The car wash attendant admitted it was their fault but tried to get me to skip an incident report.
However, they filled out the incident report and told me someone would contact me in 3 days.
What happened? No response.
I reach out to the phone number and email address. I get an email back and it tells me to wait 2-3 more days.
No response.
I reach out again and they tell me “2-3 more days” again.
This time I get a call from the location manager who told me there were errors in what they did and it will take a few weeks to resolve.
Avoid avoid avoid.
2 months agoCarwash is great but prices are up there and they have risen steadily over the last several years. I just opt for their cheapest wash and put my own tire shine on my tires and forego the waxing I suppose that I believe you get with the 20 dollar wash. I guess it depends on what type of wash you prefer which is subjective but I do know they are a little more expensive than other carwashes that offer the same or have a similar set up. I will still go back from time to time but not paying 21 dollars for a carwash when the 8 dollar works just fine. I don’t live over that way anymore so it’s rare that I get my car washed there unless I happen to be near by which was when I realized that they were more expensive than others alike. Still great place.2 months agoI use this car wash all the time …I am a monthly member with my other vehicle, today I brought my personal vehicle and I was very dissatisfied with the wash there was still brown spots on the hood of my car , when I brought it to the attendants attention he went inside and got a yellow rag and wiped a few spots and said your going to have to get a towel and scrub!!! I said are you kidding me , he didn’t even let me take my car back through the wash so I went down the street and went through a different car wash and guess what spots were gone!! Moral of the story customer service will make you or break you and today you broke me!! So from now on I will be a monthly member down the street!! Showing a little human decency never hurts!!!5 months agoNeed to put the bug wash station back out! And pls make ur turn in bigger u can barely turn in to get ur car washed smh, For sum reason today mister wouldn’t take my Visa card which had money on the card.. I wasn’t about to run all of my cards for a $12 wash ..get ur machine fixed the card reader does not work so the manager has to use his personal card checkout, I think that’s a bit ghetto, so I had to back out of the car wash!!! horrible car wash since they’ve changed things, my is car is never clean after getting it washed because they took the bug wash station you’ll have to wash ur car 3 times to get it clean now smh I’ll find another place or manually wash my own car6 months agoI have to brag on 2 specific occasions that I have had recently with Mister Car Wash. I was having issues with getting my car to work properly and they watched a YouTube video to help solve that problem so I could make it home safely. Then today I left a floor mat and when I realized it was missing, they went searching for it. They definitely go the extra mile to give wonder customer service. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Thank you for always having a smile on your faces too 🙂

Pressure washer, sales, and service. Besides this, this carwash is way better than the Flowood location, and the staff appear to be better.9 months agoWay better than Misters carwash. Misters was good but has gone down hill and not kept up on maintenance with the carwash. And it doesn’t clean as good as it used to and stinks. 5-minute wash still cleans as good as it did after it opened and the employees are always nice and friendly

The best Blue Beacon I’ve ever been to. No complaints at all. The customer service was excellent and the employees did an awesome job on my truck, trailer outside/inside. I am very well pleased. This one is close to my home and I will make it a point to wait to come here on my way home or from home. Thank you!

I told them before going in that the last blue beacon left spits every where. Pull out to get fuel same spots everywhere were still missed. Steps never seen a brush. Definitely need better quality control there. Everyone there is getting paid but the wash looks like Everyone there is doing it for free. Do better blue beacon
DO NOT use this truck wash if you expect your truck to be clean! We went thru twice and then pulled in the front and it still has so many places not clean. Go to the truck wash in front of the Blue Beacon. They clean the truck and charge half the price. The only reason we didn’t go there is because they was not open yet.
Blue Beacon Jackson is Really Operated under Good Management and the washer really get you in and out with a satisfying wash… I told the manager I wasn’t pleased with my previous wash and he was compassionate about guaranteeing great customer service and took care of me on my next wash. Awesome wash job I really appreciate it…
