a month agoPlace is a joke. Save your money and use your garden hose as your hose probably has better flow and pressure. Dropped $5 and couldn’t even finish PRE rinsing my truck. Assumed it was the partial bay I was in so I moved to a different one……same issue. On my way to the other wash in town that has the appropriate water pressure to spray off dust and bug guts.a month agoSometimes the car/wheels stay dirty…when I come out of the car wash after the dryer is used on it I still have soap on my car ,doesn’t dry the car very well.. The vacuums don’t work as good as they are supposed to,they still don’t pick up the dirt or whatever I need vacuumed…a month agoVery poor service ,employees don’t seem to want to be washing cars .only two vacuums work at any given time .will definitely not go back after my membership expires !5 months agoUsed to be the best around but last 3 times I been here presoak is just water, no wax, the triple sheen barely does anything, no clear coat. Basically if you want water spots and just plain water you good but if you take pride and want more find somewhere else9 months agoNot a happy camper this morning. Swiped my credit card and water kicked on and was doing a quick rinse before using foam brush to wash. Didn’t even make it around my truck and it turned off. Maybe 3 minutes it ran and stopped. Checked my account and it charged me 10 dollars for 3 minute rinse. Had to come on to the office, but will head back in a few minutes to talk to someone. It was also still pretty dark when I pulled in and the lights was on. Light went out as soon as I got out of the truck leaving me to attempt to wash my truck in the dark. Need to adjust light timers. Update: Went back later in the morning and the nice lady attending the car wash understood and said it happens all the time and give me time on car wash to do the job. Thank you. One star to five stars. 👍

6 months agoI never thought I’d review a self-service car wash but this one deserves it. Very reasonably priced, put in $5 and get 14+ minutes. All the usual options but it was the first time I’ve seen a handheld drying tool. Really helpful. Will use again. Equipment for washing and vacuuming is decent. Problem is that all the vacuum equipment requires quarters, which are in short supply these days. The carwash stalls accept dollar bills and credit cards, as well as quarters. No attendants are around if you need help.

Update 5/17/23: I received a call from Bob and he apologized for my troubles, offered to pay for the replacement of my part, even offering to give me the credit card number when I was paying for it so I didn’t have to worry about getting reimbursed. He handled the call very professionally and with care of my frustrations. I am very pleased with how this was handled and have updated my rating appropriately.

I will be updating my stars and review as Quick Quack gets back with me and my update will be based on how well this company take care of my issue.
I took my vehicle through the car wash and when I drove out I noticed the cover to my mirror was missing. The tech had to shut down the wash to recover my vehicle part. He brought it back to me and it and we reattached it back onto the vehicle. My issue is that there were dents and scratches on multiple places of the piece of plastic. I filed a claim to have my piece replaced.
I tried folding my mirrors in but the car wash pulls them back out with their brushes so I don’t believe there is anything I could have done differently.
Quick Quack is best car wash, I have been to there locations in Houston, Corpus Christi, Portland and Colorado. We have membership for 5 cars and never had any issues with wash, everywhere me and my family get the same service, all the employees are very respectful and courteous, resolves any issues very quickly. Would prefer quick quack car wash over any other automatic car wash. Thank you for all you do, quack quack!!

I’ve been to quick quack car Wash so many times already and I’ve never had a problem great cleaning service I’m so glad I don’t have to pay for vacuum service but what really got me was that I had gotten locked out of my car and an employee named DUANE helped me out and he got my car unlocked for me talk about great service and employees that are ready for any challenge DUANE THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😁😁🔥❤️🔥 and I will definitely be going to clean my car out more often 🤙
