4 months agoWhen I don’t get the time to wash my car, I usually come to quick quack for a cleaning. I tend to get the normal service but opted for the middle service which includes higher quality cleaning products, wax and wheel cleaning.I was helped by an attendant that answered my questions and helped me select an appropriate cleaning service. Afterwards, I drove up to the entrance and another attendant guided me through the cleaning track. You have to get one wheel on the track and then place the car in neutral and the system runs your car through the wash automatically.
I selected the upgraded service, so it came with colored soap, which I imagine is nice if you have kids who want to enjoy the show. It went through the rest of the clean process and drying, however there’s usually still water marks. Therefore I always bring some clothes to finish drying that car in one of the parking stalls. It looked like they also have compressed air and vacuums in some of the parking stalls.

I remember the first time I met him here and he was tasked to do clean up when one of the other workers was backed up and struggling and I was like you need to be on this line helping out. Keep up the great work!!!in the last weekI have a quick quack member and I usually go to quick quack on Arden but I had went to the one on northgate and the employee named (Melvin) when above and beyond to help me fix my member ship and had great customer spirit and service.2 weeks agoThe wash did its job but the young lady running the wash, loading people in and spraying the windshield, is disrespectful, loud mouthed and ignorant. As a former employee, I would honestly say this is by far the worst customer service my husband and I could’ve received. The gentleman who spoke to us afterward was phenomenal, sad to know that she has multiple complaints for the same thing and still working there. This is not the quick quack I know. SMH

a month agoThe best !! I live on the other side of town and go out of my way just to come to this location because of the customer service. Emilio is the BEST! Amazing customer service experience. I am a regional employee auditor however I used to work for quick quack a few years ago so I personally know how difficult it is to be an employee during the summer heat, but Emilio looked great! Great energy, great vibes, just so welcoming. I went around to let the manager (Theresa) know, and SHE was even amazing! She as well had great personality, and such welcoming vibes. I personally love this store, I literally pass about 3-4 quick quacks just to come receive such great customer service! If this store was one of my assignments I would recommend They BOTH need additional recognition aside from this review! A promotion, raise, paid vacation SOMETHING! As a former employee and now customer, I can honestly say I continue to come back mostly because of how great an experience they can make from a 5-10 minute car wash. they are GREAT! Thanks again!a month agoThis location is typically pretty clean, and the staff is always friendly. I never have any issues with broken or non working vacuums. They usually have wet dry towels to help dry your car off if needed. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because quick quack tortures their employees making them wear those thick white shirts in the heat! It’s a car wash, let them put a fresh t-shirt on! 🤦 Really though, it’s a good location. I’ll be back.

It is one of the worst place to get a car wash. Except one employee everyone is so rude here especially the Hispanic person. I was here on Aug 21st, 2022 around 5:30 pm for a car wash. I still could see soap on my car right after I went through the wash and dryer the employees don’t seem to care. I was told by one of the employee that their bug repellent isn’t working and that could have caused this. Never received any apology from anyone regarding this. I literally had to spend one hour in the lot trying to figure out something. Below attached are some pictures of my car. I still wonder how they are still in business inspite of providing a disgusting customer service.
Love coming to this location, the staff is always helpful and happy! They offer towels and love the smaller vacuum to get in the smaller spots of the car!

Went through the car wash at 1pm came out to check the car to see if I needed to go through again and saw that my windshield fluid cap was gone. Spoke to the guy working he told me to park and he would help me, instead he went home for the day…. I went to speak to the next person. They told me that since my car was older than 5 years they weren’t going to do anything…which is weird because I had a fully functional car BEFORE I went through this shady a** car wash. Horrible customer service. I will never use Quick Quack again

I love taking my place to the quick quick car. Wash, especially the one on greenback. They give you rags touch up rags. To use on your automotive to wipe off the excess and water. But when I go through here. I pick the very top one and my truck feels clean. Go check it out, greenback Avenue on your left hand side.
