2 months agoThis is my favorite oil change place. Today they were too busy to rotate my tires. When I left there were no cars in the bays or anyone waiting. The ladies in the front agreed they were too busy. Sadly I will not be back. Two stars because they did change my oil. I should have taken a picture of the 3 guys sitting on the rack in the empty rotation bay.a month agoQuick, friendly and lots of oil choices. 4 months agoLooks nice, but I won’t go back. The hose turned my hand black, and despite multiple washes, I couldn’t get the black off. The engine and tire cleaner are a joke. Didn’t clean the tires at all, and besides that, it barely came out. It just sputtered taking me about 2-3 mins to do all 4 tires. The brush itself is nice but couldn’t scrub the bugs off of the front of the car. It’s a brand new car with less than 1,000 miles, so the bugs haven’t been there that long. I even “pre washed” it like the sign said, again, just sputtering away like it has all the time in the world. And it didn’t take the bugs off. I followed every step of the washing procedure listed on the wall. The dryer they have is also a joke as well. My wifes hair dryer would have done a better job. And don’t waste your time on the credit card feature. It will only give you 3 minutes at a time (something that I didn’t see posted). So unless you want to swipe your card 5 or 6 times, don’t use it. The spot free rinse was okay. Works like it should. It takes forever to switch to the next step in the washing process as well. Click it over and wait 30-45 seconds (and eating money while doing so) for it to switch to rinse, or spot free, etc. Overall, it was one of the poorest functioning car washes I’ve ever been to.6 months agoUsed the $10 drive through wash. Not sure what to think I actually got yelled at twice I’m 60 years old and I felt like a little kid LOL they told me don’t touch the break don’t touch nothing and I didn’t do that and then my car ran off the rails and hit very hard and stop the whole process and then I got yelled at again for following orders I’m not sure about that but the reason I gave them two stars is because my car has never shined so good but they definitely need to work on their public relations skills
Be prepared to pay for vacuuming where other dealers provide this service gratis. Also, if paying cash for the car wash, your change is dispensed in dollar coins. Next time, I’ll opt for the self car wash next door.
Spent 15 dollars for a rinse basically. Will not recommend to anybody. Only thing good is the vacuums.
I’ve been coming here since they opened it does good job for a automated wash, today I used the pre wash scrub brush buisness provides I’m 66 yrs old and youngster that is one of the attendants at tunnel entry was yelling at me that brush is not for your wheels the older gentleman that was there said I need to read the sign where pre wash is located as it states the same! I’m wondering why do you want to lose a old customer for such trivial nonsense, you owners in Texas should take note you have competitors on Kickapoo ave now I will not be bringing my 3 vehicles there anymore.
