Truck is two years old and looks like it came right out of the showroom. Inside the door frames and the complete exterior. And the customer service was awesome. Thank you so much!4 months agoJust got the rhino lining done, Windows tinted,stainless step bars put on truck ,window shades, protecta shine paint treatment,and annual undercoating . Been going here since I bought my new truck in 2013. My truck still looks fantastic. They have treated me great and I appreciate there great work on my truck.

4 months agoIt’s the only Car Wash I’ve gone to since I moved to Troy 13 years ago, and it’s always been great until recently. I washed my new car and when I was finished it had spots of something all over it. It looked like round spots of dirt after I rinsed it. It was the strangest thing, never seen anything like it. I had just spent money and it wasn’t clean. I moved to another bay and spent more money to wash it again and it was fine. I spent $11 total when it would have cost me around $5. I’m not happy. I’ll be going somewhere else.5 months agoThis car wash has been the only one in Troy that I’ve used in the 12.5yrs I’ve lived here. The owners are always nice and I’ve never had an issues until yesterday. I have a brand new 2023 Kia Forte GT that I baby. While rinsing it I kept seeing small spots all over the paint and the glass. 20mins washing and it looks like it’s dirtier than it was when I arrived. 🤨 When I was done, it had what looked like water drops all over it but was more like spots of dirt. I spent over $7 and it was covered in something odd. 😞 It was the strangest thing. I moved to another bay and spent around another $5 to rewash it. It was fine after that. I don’t know what the deal was but it was strange, I’ve never had that happen before and was pretty upset I had to spend more money to wash my Car twice. 😞6 months agoBest car wash in town. Always clean and if there has ever been a problem, they address it in a timely manner. On a few occasions I’ve been there, the owner was there saying hello and thanking everyone for their business. That personal touch goes a long way. I will always be a customer there!4 months agoEvery time I go, manual wash has something wrong with it, and it’s not like I go often,I’m not talking once a year at best… obviously this is why. This time the top “dispensing hose” leaked tire cleaner on my windshield after I just applied rainx to it.a year agoDon’t waste your money!! My 3 yr old grandson could have done a better job!! Outdated wash system. I paid for the $20 wash and got what I’d say is a $10 wash. My truck still had soap all over the place because the rinse was terrible. There was supposed to be tire shine included with the $20 wash and I got about a 20% tire shine job (see photo), and the my truck came out of the wash with wheels that were almost as dirty when it came out as when it went in. Employees were non existent, probably because it was a little chilly outside (45 degrees).
This was washed twice never got the mud off the bottom they don’t have anyone to scrub them anymore. The only reason I went back in the second time was cause I had the free car wash ticket. Very disappointed in the change of services.
Before it switch hands to Take 5, they always used pre-wash on the front and rear of the vehicle, folded your mirrors in if needed and the wash itself did a much better job than it has done now. I will say you’ll receive many more compliments not just from the wash, but for the price change as well that they do not tell you till after they swipe your card for the new membership from switching hands.
Personal working there are lazy and don’t watch when vehicles pulling in, as he kept telling me to come in,yet I was so close to the other vehicle in front of me. If this was Magic tunnel, it would have receive 5 stars. Now Take 5 is receiving 2 stars.
The staff are all very friendly. After going through the wash the outside (body and tires) of my car is clean and looks great. The mat washing area and vacuums are excellent too but what really puts it over the top is the cleaning solutions and microfiber towels. I’m very pleased with Take 5 Car Wash.
I immediately purchased a Membership plan after my first wash. Wonderful quality car wash with free vacuums, mat washing, and an air freshener. They also have a Detail Center so you can clean the glass and interior of your vehicle!
Casey helped me get the Membership and was nothing but friendly! I have a new favorite Car Wash location! Definitely stop by!
