3 weeks agoThe dollar store isn’t what it used to be things that used to be a dollar or now $1.25 and you can even purchase items up to 5 or 6 dollars plus in the dollar store. So be careful everything is just a dollar . Yes there are still bargains to be found..a year agoSelfs absolutely need to be stock and store needs to be clean …I’ve never seen this store look so dang bad . The selfs was horrible messy .4 months agoNO AIR CONDITIONER!! These poor employees have to sit in a hot humid box all day! Absolutely ridiculous that they dint fix the AC!3 months agoGood prices but A/C was not working while I was therea year agoHonestly, it was horrible. It had nothing to do with the employees or customer service from them, but it DID have to do with the heat. I picked up a couple of items that literally wilted in my hand because they were melted in the bag. They had one small singular fan that was pointed toward the office. Something really needs to be done. Not only is it dangerous to employees and customers, but any medication, food or milk, and paint should probably be thrown away immediately. Others should absolutely contact the head office and let them know how this store and its employees are being handled, because I’m going to.

5 months agoVery polite and the wait time in line was very quick but efficient. Store was cleaner than other Dollar Stores I’ve been in. They let me have my service dog without any questions. When at another dollar they made me leave. They said customers were complaining when the customers were telling me how cute he was. And I told them he was a service dog. And you aren’t supposed to touch a service dog. He is a Shih Tzu. Maybe 10lbs. I was shocked that she made me leave. But other than that. My experience today was much better. And they had more and different stuff than the other Dollar Store.2 months agoClearly and very organized4 months agoRose, sales clerk, unfriendly, she did not want to answer questions, she did not have knowledge of where items location of items in store or when the store would restock items, the store was out of stock. I ask when restock the item I was looking for she said, “I do not know, I just work here.”2 years agoI don’t call it Dollar Tree. I end up spending Twenty Tree 😅😅😂😂. I love it .I get alot of fun stuff from there and Michael’s. I decorated my simple Vanity Table into something Glamorous 🥰😍🥰5 months agoI only came here to try to find out who stole my wife’s phone while her back was turned! They really did a nice job on the remodeling the store was really nice ill be shopping there again nicely organized
Cashier has poor attitude store hours seem to be debatable depending on who’s working you call the number they say they’re there to 10pm you show up at the store and they’re closed at 8:30 ask a cashier they say 9 store prices are almost as expensive as target. Don’t let the name fool you five dollar Oreos. And $20 bathmats might as well go to Walmart
The store was in top shape very clean and the selfs were full and in nice order was easy to shop and easy to check out

Nice, large store. They’ve added a Family Dollar on the other side to this Dollar Tree. The reason for just 2 stars is they’ve left up old sale prices and the associates have bad attitudes. The prices are also marked 1 thing then when you pay for it , it rings up⁶ a different, higher, price.
The 1st sales associate ripped off the sale ticket on an item that had been on sale but the sale had expired and they’d failed to remove it when the item didn’t ring up the advertised price. She wouldn’t give me the advertised price, either. I also bought another item on the Dollar Tree side and it rang up $2 more than the price on the shelf.
I didn’t discover this until I began looking at my sales ticket. I won’t bore you with the details, but I didn’t get the refund and the sales associate, different 1, was extremely rude.
The whole visit was extremely unsatisfactory. I’m going to speak with the store manager. It has to be bad for me to go to the main store manager.
