Dirty store with stuff everywhere on the floor from people throwing clothes on the floor. Took kids for school shopping but not a good variety and line was insane. Do better!11 months agoWas pretty crowded but what can you expect.. tis the season🎄.I was looking for a pair of 👢leg 👖.. but ended up with a couple of drinking🍸 games..🤪..🆗️..I failed to mention.. might have a 🤏bit of issues.😆..👁 tried to loose.. but either I was that darn good or they was that darn bad.. in other words..I went to bed sober🤨🤥🤣.. l 🥰the store.a year agoWe love to stop in to see what they have to offer and a great place to stop in to get cheap swimming trunks and some quick dry outfits for hiking i got these pairs for $3 each this is un heard of. And my wife got a top and bottom for $5 each and our towels were $5 each. This is cheaper than Walmart.i hope this helps you out and have a great day.a week agoWish this store was closer! in the last weekThe merchandise in this store is not too bad. There is a fairly big selection of clothing and household items. The price is fair and if you happened to find some clothing or shoes in your size, it’s a great deal. However, the service is bad. There are frequently long lines at the registers. I had a horrible experience last night! I found out yesterday morning that the piece of security plastic wasn’t taken off by the register two days ago when I checked out. So I went in last night and asked them to take it off. The lady whose name is Michelle blatantly told me that even if I paid for it, without a receipt they couldn’t do anything. I was shocked. I’m not trying to return or replace the shoes, for which you may need a receipt. I’m simply in h asking them to correct their staff’s mistake of not taking it off in the first place! Here I am wasting my time and gas money to drive 50 mins back and forth to get it off. The sticker was even still on the shoe and I don’t know why they can’t scan the barcode and see that I paid for it! Finally, I suggested looking at farmers recording and I told them the exact time and the register number that I checked out. And boom, they found it! I do not work for the store, I am a paying customer, and I had to go out of my ways to suggest ways to help them solve customer problems. The whole time, Michelle’s attitude was like I don’t want to help you, what can you do? Well, I’m also going to report to corporate their attitude. Simply unacceptable and infuriating!!!!2 months agoIt was good, fitting rooms open, when asked an associate to use the restroom she blatantly mumbled under her breath and kept walking and didn’t give us or help us with code to the restroom. She snapped at me for walking around and looking at baby clothes when she said they were closing in 25 minutes. Another costumer said in the store, she had the same complaint with the manager. I did not appreciate the rudeness and attitude I was getting while I was shopping. And the unnecessary side comments she had said. If I could I would give them zero stars. 👎

I went to this store out of curiosity, never been to a Ross store. It was ok. There are some name brands here. Some sections didn’t seem as organized as others. Very picked through. The prices seemed a bit high for low quality pieces, which there were a lot of. On the other hand, there were some cute and unique items there too. I only bought candy though at the checkout lane (impulse buy, who doesn’t like chocolate!?)
It just so happened to ride with my daughter and ended up stopping in. I have to say their options were slim to none. Not a variety of anything. However I did find a beautiful lamp and a few other household items. My daughter found a nice handbag and carry-on bag for her travels. The customer service was nice but not a ROSS I would make a point to visit again. Chargin location is much better!
Honestly nor me or my family will be coming back, Trisha(manager) made us feel extremely uncomfortable since she didn’t wanted to wait for my grandma to get out of the fitting room she just stood there watching her NAKED and did not moved till we got out in a rush just to then slam the fitting doors behind us. We told her she should not treat her customers this way and didn’t even bother to look at us & we also had to call her name multiple times to ask her if she could open the fitting room again so my grandma could put her shirt on. We come here daily but after today I doubt we’ll be back, I hope something gets done about this.
