The clothes for guys look like they could be purchased from a garage sale, and for some reason, they have this bad habit of trying to sell broken items at a lower price . Other than that, it’s clean and the employees are nice.

This was by far the trashiest Ross I have ever seen. Such a dirty unorganized mess and definitely a safety hazard with all the merchandise just thrown on the floor. You couldn’t even walk down the aisles without tripping over something.

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Waited for the Jewelry section person to help at 9pm and waited for 40 mins and the staff was just not helping! They wanted to help the people check out and “get the line down” – this is at 9pm on a Friday! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING!! Rude staff and no basic service! Need new manager! Messed up manager!

Literally got the line to ZERO before thinking about helping here. Mind you there were ZERO people in the line and 2 checkout personnel yet no one coming to help in the Jewelry! This is BEYOND bad service!

I truly hope CORPORATE takes notice and either changes the manager OR these folks need to be written up!

    So frustrating!

I recently had a shopping experience at Ross that left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. The manager on duty that day demonstrated what can only be described as abysmal customer service, leaving me with a negative impression of the store. Not once did she offer a smile or a friendly greeting, which immediately set the tone for an unpleasant shopping experience. What further exacerbated my disappointment was the fact that I was returning items but instead of return she charged extra money for an item without any proper explanation. When I questioned the additional charge, the manager responded in a curt and dismissive manner, failing to address my concerns adequately. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or show some understanding, she displayed an attitude of indifference and rudeness, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. One of the most basic elements of good customer service is making eye contact and actively engaging with customers. Regrettably, the manager failed to meet this standard as well. Throughout the transaction, she avoided eye contact and seemed more preoccupied with other matters, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with staff, particularly a manager who should be setting an example for the rest of the team. Sadly, this experience at Ross fell far short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that Ross takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues with their managerial staff. Improving customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience should be a top priority for any retail establishment, and Ross must take immediate steps to rectify these shortcomings. As for now, I cannot recommend Ross to others based on the disappointing encounter I had with their manager.

Staff greets you upon entering. They are super nice and helpful. The gentleman who was at the self-checkout and staff were very patient with an upset female customer who didn’t realize there was a self-checkout. I enjoy coming to this location.

Associate named Michael was very rude. That stout fat kid needs to be fired before I do something about it. Ross has good finds but that associate made my shopping a nightmare.

  1. Takes time to shop, but this is one place you can find all that you need. From giftsvto personal needs. From everyday wear to fashion wear. Things you need for your car or your bar. They have it ! At prices, you can’t afford to miss

  2. Fantastic merchandise! Friendly staff, I think the guy who rung my items was the manager he was eas so nice, and had a conversation with every client, very engaging. I love the home and beauty section too!

  3. Tons of stuff to check out…I bought a pair of shoes, a shirt and a pair of underwear. Arrived at 7 p.m. and left 90 minutes later. Very addictive store if you like shopping. Good finds all around.

  4. It looks like a fleat market, a bit.
But you can find an updated
    closes and foot whare, here.
    And for good price.

  5. This was my 1st and possibly last visit. It was extremely warm in the store. Very slim pickings in the bedsheets and bathroom department. Lots of empty space on those shelves. The rest of the store has a flea market/ thrift store look about it with a free clinic atmosphere. Long endless clothing racks overstuffed and in no particular order, customers talking super loud, making weird sounds and coughing and sneezing without covering their mouth, along with children constantly crying or running around like it’s a playground, signaled what was to come. The checkout line zig zags you through racks of merchandise and is very slow moving. I left the checkout line tired and sweating and without making a purchase. The only redeeming thing about this location were the security professionals. The gentleman on the entry-level gave friendly greetings and even helped customers bring their stroller down the stairs ( no down escalator?) and the 2 women, one upstairs and the other on the entry floor when I left, also gave warm, friendly greetings. Also, don’t go there if you are on a fast food diet. The smell from the Popeyes chicken restaurant down the street is very strong when you walk in.
