2 months agoStore didn’t seem to have as much of house decor items as other ross stores I’ve been to but I did find a couple shower curtain rods in bronze and black and the price was fantastic.2 years agoRoss is one of the best places to shop if your looking for name brand items at a very good discount. Been coming here for many years and recommend it to everyone I talk to. I travel a lot and they are everywhere I go it seems. Thank you Ross for being almost everywhere. But if you are willing to spend some time going through the store you can find some nice, quality items, for a good price. The lines (2 cashiers) were long and it took forever to cash out.

2 months agoLike other reviewers, I too have visited Ross locations in other states while traveling and was excited when I heard the good news that Michigan was finally getting stores. Wooooo hhhooooo!!! 👏 Even better that it would be nearby in a great shopping plaza that I frequent.Strike #3 today! I have been 3 times now and so far, the White Lake location has been a disappointment and hasn’t lived up to the hype! Each time I’ve arrived at the 9:30AM opening ready to score great deals. If you are looking for a place to save money… then this is the place, but not for the reasons you’d expect!!!! The shelves, displays, and racks are literally EMPTY and there’s not much of anything to even buy (see photos from today’s visit).
Every time I’ve been I have heard the employees and cashiers say, “We get a new truck of merchandise every day!” That’s great, but where is the merchandise at then!?!? I’m hoping, in time and soon, things will improve because if they don’t, there’s NO WAY this location is going to survive in this area.

Security is on her cell phone , very observant person. Store is a mess. 1 cashier with long line, other employees in the store.
Aisles are big enough for only one cart to go through. Most of the stuff looks very ravaged through and the store was filled with people who don’t watch their kids I was so glad to get out the workers were nice though so pretty sure I won’t ever come back
I don’t know how this store gets such high review stars. It is a disaster. It’s as if an employee took a shopping cart full of returned items, closed their eyes, walked down the aisles and flung random items here and there. There is no semblance of order; items are all over the place and on the floor. I waited in line behind 5 people with ONE out of 8 registers open. Once there were 15 customers behind me, the register employee called for help but nobody came. It’s unbelievable. It could be a fairly nice store if management actually cared about the place. It’s an embarrassment.
Most clothes are imperfected. Although they have a huge selection and good prices. Just watch for the imperfections and it’s a good store to shop for teenagers.
