I rarely ever leave google reviews, but this occurrence shocked me. I go to the Dollar Tree allll the time! My friend and I went to go get some chips and drinks. While waiting in line the cashier made my soda fall a few times, due to her impatience, so ended up picking it up until she was ready for me. My friend doesn’t have a bank to go to in state so when the inquiry of if she wanted cash back or not popped up on the register she asked for cash back. The lady at the register, (who wasn’t wearing a name tag, but I’m assuming her name was Lucy due to the receipt) huffed and said “I don’t have cash.” We waited as she angrily walked to the back. She comes back, storms off again, and finally hands my friend a $20 bill, some $1 bills and then proceeds to hand her $20 worth of quarters. I still love the Dollar Tree itself, but this was not needed, made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope this woman has a better day in the future, but the next time she’s having a not so great one I hope she doesn’t take it out on her customers.

Store was clean and well stocked..Anna the cashier needs to go to CSR training. I heard her ring up my 3 leis.for 1.25. Then she rang tnem.twice. i said I only needed one. She said “ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?” and proceeds to try and rip them apart. I told her never mind I’ll take them. She said “No! Now i need to take them apart” no. NO YOU DONT.

Update: today while visiting the store since my first incident. I encountered a situation with the manager. Every time I come into this store she is throwing merchandise everywhere and rudely talking to customers. Just ignore them and forcing herself in your personal space,She lacks respect which represents how she doesn’t respect herself. She constantly is in bad mood and I’m not sure how she is able to keep her position as manager. You would think she’d be more comfortable with working with the public since she chose retail to work for. Hopefully she gains some clarity on how to treat people before she is terminated from her position. The other ladies that I’ve had conversations with are very sweet even if they don’t want to be there they give me a welcome energy, can’t say the same for the manager she reads miserable. I’ll be calling corporate.

People tend be unhappy in their own lives and act out and disregard how they treat others .

Every single time I go to this store no matter what tme of the day it is, there is always a line to at the register. For some reason, the manager does not seem to worry about that even if it is 10 people deep.

Customer service is a definitley a thing of the past here!!

I’ll go to the one near the airport from now on. Cleaner and customer service top notch!!!

It was OK from what I expected. Freight is low, and they didn’t have very many small spray bottles to choose from, but when I got in line, I had a flee on my leg. I was calm about it, but I did let the worker know I had a flee on me.

Marie seems to be very aggravated. She isn’t friendly. I had to wait a few minutes to check out bc her register was “re-booting,” and I was fine with that. She made it very clear that she didn’t want me in her line and wasn’t very nice when she gave me my change. If you don’t care for people, why do you have to work with the public…? I’ve been in customer service for “umpteen” years…this is NOT the way you do things, Lady!

  1. My kitchen is being renovated so fast food and frozen food is all my family knows these days. Dollar Tree has been one of my go-to places. The service could definitely be friendlier.

  2. Sells bad items, at 8:00 pm they had outside lights out as if closed badly run rude cashiers. If you do not to go ….. DON’T! I bought mozzarella sticks moldy! And sherbet you let it melt and turned it upside down and refroze it to make it look full. They will rip you off man!

  3. Dollar tree lost it most lovelies thing about it name, by mistakenly going up a quarter. Don’t need that extra extra money yet my favorite store .most of the items is still a dollar. Great store to buy home and school supplies and their frozen foods are great variety of food stuff for kids and adults

  4. We obviously frequent many $$ stores. All of them are usually very courteous as we shop, We asked for our 2 year old daughter to use the bathroom, as the sign said “ask management”, however the cashier insisted the bathroom is not for public use. It’s ridiculous I had to have my 2 year old drop her pants outside the store to relieve herself. We will not be returning to this location. Do better!

  5. Cashier wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Was nice to the people before me but didn’t even tell me my total or anything. Just stood looking anywhere else then talking to the people behind me when they came up. Lmao.
