4 months agoi went in yesterday and got my change didnt count and put in my wallet with the receipt. i was supposed to get 13 dollars back but i got a wad of ones. i saved that receipt with the money i got and im going to tell them i got short changed. until that is refunded my score is a one and if i dont get my change back it will stay that way.a year agoManager Gretta…..was AWOL for a good 10-15 minuteswhile a cashier needed manager codes for a register. When she finally graced us customers with her presence (on the phone with a man following her) the line was all the way to the back of the store. She even made a comment that she was on her break an we would need to wait u til she is done.a year agoAlways a great option to find things cheaper that you may need. Especially holiday things such as gift wrap, decor and party supplies. Often can find neat little things in a dollar tree. This specific one seems to have less than the others in the area but still a good store. It is clean and the employees are always nice and helpful.5 years agoHad a great time shopping with my grandson. The Staff was nice and polite.8 months agoThe gal that waited on me was super nice!Update: Find what I am looking for – I am just still irritated that although $1.25 isn’t going to break me – that is one heck of a hike BUT yet we still walk in and most of the time, come out with more than one bag of items. Can’t beat the prices and they usually have some version of what you are looking for!6 months agoI just went to the store and noticed The bathroom is locked and employee says she hasn’t seen the keys for a whole week. If I could give this store zero stars I would! Tonight, the store manager(Melissa I think she said) asked me to leave the store because she said the last time I was there I left without paying for some items! This is absolutely false! Long story short, When I asked her for the district managers number, she said she wasn’t allowed to give out that information! It’s ok tho, I’m good with Google and will definitely be getting ahold of the the higher ups first thing in the AM!
Worst customer service ever… The older lady with short grey hair with glasses is absolutely ridiculous she hit the wall by the register because we wanted cash back reminder there was no sign or anything about not being able to do cash back and then had the nerve to tell us to go to the bank next time. Like idk who this old lady think she is but I work in retail and that’s not how you treat the customers she needs to be terminated…. It’s sad a older women acting so immature I was embarrassed for her..
Love this place!! I don’t find all my favorite brands here but I do find some and others I’ve learned to love! It’s definitely a place where you can at times pay it forward!!

I went to 2 today. I don’t like all this mixing prices with a no longer family dollar. There are not much selection. I found one that has all items for 1.25. I found what I needed on 31st st. Shame I have to go find one.
