a week agoThere is a worker there named Melissa who deserves the world. At least a raise she really deserves it! She’s funny and attentive. She helps out when she doesn’t have to. Not only is this a well stocked store the employees make you want to come back again. She is an asset to your company.3 months agoWe had the seahogs and the mushrooms they were amazing along with the herefordhouse burger and the country fried chicken was definitely a wonderful time and we topped it off with a slice of carrot cake it was a wonderful dinner I would love to share again thanks guys keep up the good work4 years agoI’m a cashier n Grandview, this store is huge. 7 months agoAs someone who used to work for this company I was completely shocked to walk into this store and see the way it looked this evening. I have never been in a store that looked this way before. They were also blaring loud music when we first came in. My handicap child and I had a hard time navigating passed everything as every isles was destroyed. Would have never been able to bring her wheelchair in the store. This store should not be open until they can clean it up.a year agoIt was nice to find some new, pamper-me kind of things. Dollar Tree is stepping up their game.The service was nice. The line was short. The store was clean. I was able to go in, take my time, pick out what I wanted without rubbing a bunch of shoulders with a lot of people and get out. Overall, it was a nice visit.
6 months agoThis place looks like it went thru a zombie apocalypse!!!! Trash and merchandise all over the floors!! And the fridges are mostly empty!!!! Out of all the Dollar tree stores I have been to this is by far the worst!!! Don’t go here!4 months agoIf I could give this Dollar tree 0 stars I would! WORST! I MEAN WORST! Store Ive ever been to. Never stocked always dirty. There was a sign on the door of being closed due to staff. But hade multiple people walking out with hands full of bags. Shame!! If I’m writing a review you know it’s legit. Do not waste your time or gas driving to this store bc you might not even be able to get in have to drive else where. YOUR WELCOME!😊a year agoI just tried to go to this location and apparently they’re closed today. No one in the store, doors are locked, no note or anything on door. But yet their hours of operation on Sundays are supposed to be 8a-8p. Least they could have done was put a sign up. UPDATE: 2/12/2022 They have a new manager and they seem nice and competent ((lbvs)), They do now have a sign on their door letting people know their hours have changed some, they have reorganized their products, and the staff is definitely friendlier than before. any time they do close earlier they do put a sign on the door letting people know. they still have some work to be done, but theyre getting there.

I would give it zero if possible. I don’t know how many times I’ve been in there and they only have 1 register open and the line is ridiculously long but instead of the manager opening a register herself she just closes down the store. The other thing I see a lot is several employees smoking and talking right outside the front doors leaving only 1 cashier inside by themselves. The floor is always a disaster. It’s never stocked. Currently there have been rolling freight carts stacked well over 6 feet tall blocking isles for over a week now which is incredibly dangerous with as many kids and elderly folks that come through that store.
I don’t understand why this one is so poorly run. The Brighton & Barry Rd store don’t seem to have these issues. Both of those stores are clean, well staffed, and friendly. It’s so disappointing.
Store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is great and go above and beyond to help their customers.
Now they have prices 3 bucks , 2 bucks but you can be sure you will never pay less than 1.25 for anything. Somehow they lost the simplicity of the original idea. Better odd at Walmart.
Was so excited dollar tree has the mini Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. Came today and the employees are standing around talking about personal stuff and the ice creams and other frozen items are sitting on their carts completely melted/thawed and some squishy ice creams are in the freezer.
This location had more of my grocery needs, particularly granulated sugar, than others in the KCMO Northland. I also discovered great prices on frozen vegetables, making it easier to eat healthily affordably. The staff member who assisted me was very professional, courteous, personable, and efficient.
