3 months agoI’ve been using Surpass Hosting for many years and generally speaking I’m 99.7% satisfied with my shared hosting product. However, I took off 1-star because SH has a handful of internal policies that can really cause problems for shared hosting users like me. I actually have a reseller account, but due to these type of “gotchas” I eventually let go of ALL of my own hosting clients. So now I have rather pricey hosting for my own websites, and a few lingering personal-professional irritations about the way they choose to operate as a company. All that being said, Surpass Hosting is a solid hosting option with good tech support, and highly recommended overall.7 months agoI have been using HostDime for almost 20 years. During that time both their service and support have been fantastic! Fix tickets very quickly (usually something I have done). I think the fact I’m still using them says it all. I highly recommend.a month agoHad an issue with email and website which they host and was able to reach someone within minutes and have everything resolved a few minutes later.a year agoI’ve been a client of HostDime for 15 years now. There’s a very good reason why I do not move my clients to another datacenter. During all the years not one reason to leave them, matter of fact I continue to reinvest, build and their support is 2nd to none. Don’t think for 1 minute that the biggest corporations, hosting providers care about your website as most care about the bottom line. As in, many sell their client accounts for profit and close the doors. HostDime has not once done that.I find them to be the most reliable, supportive and they take a real interest in finding solutions to whatever is going on with your website project.
7 years agoHostDime has great Cloud, Co-Location, and Managed Services. They provide Co-Location services for the OpenStack Central Florida Community Cloud. The location we worked from is a state of the art Datacenter near I4. It has some very customer centric features which includes a Troubleshooting Room, for fixing and upgrading servers as well as number of meeting rooms that can be used for meeting customers or planning projects. I think it’s one of Orlando’s best kept tech secrets.
