a year agoThis is a Dollar Tree Store on Jerome and E149 Street, Bronx, NY. All the Dollar Trees that I know of, are well stocked, but this one is not well stocked at all, they are deliberately understocked for one reason or the other, best known to the management, I only come here when I have to buy my fruits on 170th Street, Bronx. In this Store, you can get a lot of items for Children, and some household items, you may also get some OTC medication which is minimal. The Staff are always few here, ¹and they always tell you where to get some items, if you care to ask them.4 months agoThis store is FILTHY and infested with rodents do not Purchase anything from this establishment let alone any food! Will be contacting the health departmentin the last weekAmazing deals and I got there as they finished restocking. Except for security, always mad grilling people, their staff is courteous and helpful.2 years agoThey had a few good finds at this location. The store was just very messy and disorganized especially for it to have been early in the morning when the store just opened. I wasn’t expecting to see so many empty shelves.the line was very long because they only had one cashier.3 months ago1 Star because they raised the reload fee from $1 to $3.95 to reload the Debit cards now. Since when? I have been reloading my card for years at $1 and their website clearly says $1 to reload up to $75 and now if you want to add money even if it’s $20, you gotta pay $3.95 for it which is not worth it

If you go early Friday….they pretty much have everything.4 months agoAs per usual, and from mostly anyone who shared their shopping experiences, these stores in mainly ethnic communities are bare, messy, cluttered, with impossibly long lines and even longer waiting times. It’s like this store chain has seemingly refused to properly stock and maintain their businesses. I guess they don’t mind losing money and getting bad customers reviews. Notice to Dollar Tree Corporate: DO BETTER BY THE COMMUNITIES AND THE COMMUNITIES WILL HAPPILY DO GOOD BY YOU.5 months agoIt’s very unfortunate that this location can not and unwilling to accommodate such useful service to the public when needed. I went here willing to pay any fee to blow up mother day balloons. While the store was empty, the lady was very stern that she could not assist me outside of their own product. I believe small franchise like dollar tree she try to accommodate their customers needs with in the service that cam be provided. Very big location with large choice of products. Very spacious place and can accommodate a lot of people at the same time. Very clean location for Dollar Three store and all products on the proper shelfs. At the same time five cashiers serving the customers, manager is always upfront and checker person for bags and personal belongings. Variety of balloons and helium is available as well. Looks like this location has very good management and trained personal. Very fast and friendly service by cashiers. Pictures was made at the rush hour with a lot of people in the store and still a lot of space as you can see.
I don’t know what changed in this store in the past couple of months, maybe a year, but I’m thoroughly impressed. Management is doing an excellent job and so is the staff. The place is consistently well stocked, clean and orderly. I have never seen the party supplies aisle look so neat! When a store looks this good, it shows that they care what their customers think 👍🏾
Where do I start?
Everyone talking about the bag check process at this location. Fortunately it is 100 percent true. You have to leave your bag in front while you shop. The fare of someone taking your bag is at a all time high. However what my fellow people don’t seem to realize is that as soon as you leave your bag to grab the items you need. Your privacy is being valuated by management and the workers at the door. Management opens your bag, looks in it. And before you know it your bag is placed back where it was. Keep in mind during this process Management has someone watching you on the camera. So to my fellow Queens residents. ONCE YOU HEAR “BAG CHECK” ON THE INTERCOM. That’s letting the floor Manager know to look in a certain customer bag. While they keep an eye on you via camera.
I know this because one day I realized my bag was moved from the place where it was put at. I then spoke to management about it and they denied it. That made me order a small security camera. I then placed a very small camera in my bag pointing up and believe me. I caught him/her on video. I would out the person however I’m going to take the high road and always lock my bag when entering any store.
I figure I’ll let someone know.

Best place for quick shoping. Kids loves to spend their own money here. Parking lot is Cherry on top .cashiers are bit rude and slow.waiting times for checkout is really long. Huge selection of Cleaning supplies makes us go back.
This is one of my favorite Dollar Tree stores. I’ve noticed that recently it’s gotten more organized. They have a decent craft section which is why I love this location.
The store is always stocked. I always seem to buy way more then what I went in for lol.
