Most of the customers who shop here are low-class & will walk right into you; 1% of them will actually say ‘excuse me’ if they need to get by you…I couldn’t believe how rude these people were tonight…Losers.
The products here are not the best, but they do have a decent selection of tea & dried fruit sometimes. I would give this place 3 stars if they would hire better employees.
a month agoTerrible customer service! Manager with curly hair is very rude and nasty. She told me not to raise my voice, though I didn’t and that I can take my item back to the store where I bought it. I was talking at a regular tone. She also told the cashier clerk not to help me. She obviously has personal issues. I shopped at TJ Maxx frequently spending a lot of money. I have never been treated like this by TJ Maxx staff ever in my life. Because of this experience, I will never shop TJ Maxx again. People like that can ruin a business and run customers away.a month agoSeveral items were on the rack for $16.99, yet the tag said $24.99. They wouldn’t give me the items for the advertised price. I returned it, because they realized their error and wouldn’t honor their commitment.

3 weeks agoEasy access with a large parking lote.TJMAX and HOME GOODS are one of my favorites stores hands down. I like this location since they opened. The convenience of having 2 stores in one is just the best option.
Every tine I go to this store, the service is consistent and everybody is nice. There was an employee in particular when I visited the store today around lunch time. He is told, Asian, young, skinny and wears glasses. He stoped by the shoes area and brought a shopping cart for me, I thought this was a nice touch and part of great customer service. His smile was very genuine. Then when I went to pay he was working as a cashier and assisted me during g my check out. What a great team member!!!
Home Goods and T JMax offer a large selection of merchandise including high end brands. The rotation of products is great including trendy fashion. You find everything for your home, yourself, family members and pets.
I come here every time I have the opportunity because I know what I purchase here has good quality and the prices are great.
2 months agoSelection is ok at this store but line is 30 min to an hour every time I am here. Line is easily 30 people MINIMUM and usually more like 40 and over. There is no way management doesn’t see this constant huge line(I’ve come at many different times of day), but they never get the appropriate amount of checkers. I feel this store does not respect its customers time(since it’s not a 1 time thing, but instead at least 10 times now) and its a pretty bad customer service experience.2 months agoToo much garment district clothing. The home goods section has a lot of nice stuff but is a bit overpriced and crowded. I like to find unusual decor items. But, I came out empty handed.a month agoLove the prices and selection of items. HomeGoods offers gorgeous affordable decor that won’t break the bank if you are ready to treasure hunt weekly. There are many great themed pieces from around the world that will compliment a freshly painted bedroom or add a visual spruce up to your great room wall. Make sure you’re not famished nor running late upon entering, as lines are always long. There are usually several checkout stations open, but wait time to checkout can be 10-15 minutes due to popular lunch customers grabbing home decor, kitchen ware or birthday gifts. Definitely will be back when I need to add color to the bedroom or patio.

TJ Maxx has always had a huge selection for any department store. Seasonal items are very appealing and trending. Must always be flexible as brands and items don’t generally last so if you see something you like, grab it then, you may not see it tomorrow! This goes for all TJ Maxxs in my experience. Store is very clean well staffed and employees are polite and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the waiting line. Every time I have been to these stores the lines are a mile long and they don’t seem to move fast. We actually shopped one time saw the line and had to leave our items behind because we could afford to wait for an hour to pay. No other department store is like this, not sure exactly why. Somehow need to implement a speedier checkout.
Very disappointed in this TJ Maxx. The lady working the jewelry counter on Sunday early afternoon ( 8/27/23) was not professional and rude. She was the only person working the jewelry counter and was helping a guest with a credit card for over 20 minutes. She did not call for back up to assist the other customers and I at the counter. I had to ask her if someone else can help me see the items I wanted from the counter and she responded with an attitude. Even the manager that came to assist her with the credit card issue was not friendly. I ended up purchasing a necklace and she threw the necklace in a bag. No box, no tissue. I hope this location hires more professional people and has more than one employee working the jewelry counter on a busy week.
