The store was exceptionally clean & organized.2 months agoGood selection of items but at higher prices than the competition. Had a question but could not find anyone in the area to assist. Oh well….Googled it.in the last weekI like this Burlington. I had already paid $59, I owed $151, so rather then just giving me a receipt of what I had paid (I didn’t want any items) they refused to do that and had to refund the whole transaction which resulted in me going to the bank, waiting again to be checked out. Whole situation was a major inconvenience. I really needed these items otherwise I wouldn’t have shopped here.3 weeks agoI was at Burlington coat factory. 2 months agoI have a 16 year old daughter. I have taken her here 3 or 4 times, we always leave empty handed. Yes, its highly likely that she is too picky, but the point is still made, this store doesnt work for her.4 months agoCUSTOMERS BEWARE. Don’t get overcharged and CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS before leaving the store! There’s a cashier that stealthily charged me a kitchen item, more expensive than the items that I actually bought (how can that be an “accident”?). She is about 5’8″, Hispanic (understands Spanish), and wears eyeglasses. As a disclaimer, the store is clean, organized, and everyone else in the store was extremely welcoming and kind to me. Other employees were assertive and fast at helping me solve this issue. It is a shame that this “mistake” that looks quite shady ruined my experience on Memorial Day.4 months agoGreat experience, needed a good chair for my art studio…they had a great one. I love TJ Maxx. They have great bedding and housewares. They also have great baby clothes. So much fun to shop through and things are reasonably priced. The shoe department could definitely use some more variety. The lines at the registers are usually long but they move fast.
I absolutely love all the treasures you can find here! They have great deals on designer handbags and cosmetics. I do wish the plus size clothing section was larger though.
Located just off the freeway at Franklin ave in the middle of the shopping center is TJ Max and Home Goods alot of great values from furniture, house wares, decorations Always great deals for the season. A very helpful staff I end up looking through the art while wife clothing shops I always end up buying things I don’t need deal are never ending also the check out lines are crazy they should have all check out lines open but no thats too easy……..if this helps please give a ……..👍…….
A friend and I went shopping here and I came out to my car to leave and it was completely dead and wouldn’t start. A lovely gentlemen who was taking in the carts offered to ask someone inside if they had jumper cables. About 5 min later, he came outside with another employee who had just clocked out, Dennis S. He helped jumpstart my car and was so helpful and kind!! I didn’t get the other guy’s name, but they both deserve a raise!
