4 months agoThis is one store where I can get some household and personal necessities at good prices. The store is designed in a box layout, which does make finding things a whole lot easier. The service here is super helpful in addition too. Checkout can be a bit of a wait at times, especially when there are only one or two cashiers to handle all the customers on line waiting.5 months agoThis is a great TJ Maxx location. The store is very clean and everything is nearly organized and hung up. Lots of great options. The line looked long but actually moved pretty quickly. The manager and cashier were super nice. I will definitely be returning and definitely recommend. Just wish they’d carry cat toys and products, it’s unfortunate that they focus only on dogs when so many people have cats too.9 months agoGreat place to buy some clothes and stuff with clearance 👌 👍 🙂 😀3 years agoThis is one of the best TJ MAXX I’ve visited. Not only is there a plethora of clothing, the store is well-organized, staff are friendly and swift in ringing customers up and they have a great selection of inexpensive, specialized items for home goods. They even have a small section for pets in their own area and tons of great christmas gift items.6 months agoThey didn’t have what I needed. I have been there several times, but some important things I need to have they don’t have. They say if their company doesn’t send things. They won’t have them, and they said they get what I need in the morning, and the item is gone as fast as they get them. I don’t believe they are getting my needed item. Even in thay way. They are Rebock T-shirts. Each time I have gone there to purchase them. They still are out of store stock. Not proper way to serve your customers. Very poor service. Someone needs to make them know how to keep customers coming back. I tell them about the Two rules of proper customer service. 1 is the customer is always right, and 2 is if the customer is ever wrong. Go back to rule one!

5 months agoI’m a big TJ Max girl and what I love the most is that I never have to stand in line longer than 5 mins even with 10 people in front of me. Not here. On multiple occasions I’ve had to wait with no line and almost 5-7 employees behind the counter. They’re usually just chatting away and joking around instead of actually working.This TJ Max had some good watches and beauty products.
2 years agoNice and beautiful store , the mall area is also really nice . Lot of variety to pick from , customer representatives were really helpful and know where things were. Each sections was layered out neat , you could easily find the sizes in the right place and the sections labeled where in correct places .They also have a nice home decor /kitchen /seasonal and bedding with great deals
in the last weekSince it was early afternoon it was not too crowded or messy. Mother bought a wicker/traybox and I got cocoa powder on a tin like the good ole days in winter.6 months agoTypical TJs, clean, neat and well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful.

The store is very bright and clean. It is arranged very neatly. They have a lot of cashiers available to check and there is still a long line. There is a great selection of hair care products as well as shoes. The store is huge and full of great deals!! I definitely recommend this store.
The store is good but the lines are ridiculous. It’s a Monday at 11:30 am and there are two cashiers working and the line is wrapped around. I understand they are short staff but there are other staff just hanging around behind the cash register’s chit chatting. I come from a retail background and I’ve never seen carelessness like this. There is no manager to take control and help out, cashiers are so slow pace, they don’t call for register back up. It’s such a shame that a store this nice has scheduling issues and employees that don’t care.
The store is big, with stuff everywhere. It gets overwhelming. A little unorganized, the staff are friendly. Overall a good option to shop especially the runaway.
Never coming back to this store! On cashier 15 the guy was so rude asking for donations, i make donations a lot but when i want to and the way he asked for it was so embarrassing, he literally said “ how much should i put down for donations “ like excuse me it’s not by force. Do better and be nicer!
