The pick up is so slow you’re better off just going in and shopping. They said it was ready (that was an hour late) and then I sat in the parking spot for an hour after checking in on the app. The worker lied and said I “wasn’t checked in all the way. ” there’s also a phone number to check in but it just goes to voice mail and the mail box is full.

Super friendly staff. We were approached by several employees offered to help, and I had several employees tell me good morning. The store was clean and that’s impressive since it was so busy.

Seeing some empty shelves which is from the vacationers. The isles seem crowded with pallets for stocking. Hard to maneuver electric carts for the handicapped. I didn’t see many employees. Other than those things I was able to find everything on my list.

Went in today to buy a couple things for Father’s Day. I went to self check out and 2 items rung up a much higher price than what was on the isle. I asked the self checkout lady to remove them and she did but then she stared at my one bag of 3 items and the screen and said she had to check my bag to make sure I rung everything up. I had a pair of shorts, 1 shirt and a container of tennis balls, all were visible without even opening the bag. She picks the bag up and says she needs to compare to what was on the screen. All 3 items were there. This woman treated me like I was a thief. I left without purchasing anything. I will not be returning to this Walmart or any others.

WalMart should post a sign on the entrance doors that states it is self checkout ONLY! They have plenty of workers that are pushing large carts around gathering groceries for online orders ( which they are in the middle of the aisles blocking shoppers) and these people need to be trained as cashiers! My rating is not even a 1 star but that was the lowest choice available. Publix and Rouses will be getting all of my business from here forward. ?

I love the new setup at Walmart on Roebuck pkwy. The children section has alot of variety and beautiful girls clothes. I haven’t been here in over 6 months. I will be back.

Picked up order placed online the day before. This was the first time I’ve done this and it is FANTASTIC! I received everything I ordered and I’ll definitely be doing this again. Makes shopping so much easier, they give you options for replacing items if they don’t have what you want in stock, or even ship it to you later! I’m very pleased with my first order and DEFINITELY not my last! Thanks Walmart and employees for a wonderful ? experience!

Everyone always acts as if they are sleepy and don’t want to deal with anyone. ALSO they are very slow. The majority of the people, they are nice… The new employees are rude. But I can tell they try everyday. I give them 3 stars for actual effort.

I was surprised how neat everything was. Things was where they were suppose to be. Nice neat workers. Some of their stores have some rude and ill dressed workers, you scare to ask them a question. Walmart is known to treat women workers badly. Sam would turn over in his grave if he saw it.

First off it’s Walmart and it’s mother’s day so I was dreading even going in there today. I need to get a cake because my sister birthday today and it’s mother’s day. When I tell I went to the bakery and Kayla in bakery was so pleasant, helpful, respectful and patient that it was such a great experience. She was so nice and she gave great customer service the best I gave had from Walmart in a long time. Thank you again Kayla ?

  1. Amazing prices, horrible customer service. That should be Walmart’s motto. It’s 9pm. There are 12 lanes but only 1 open. 1 side of the self check-out is closed. The other side of self check-out is only for card payments. It is December 1st. Peak holiday shopping season. Walmart couldn’t care less. Worthless customer service has become synonymous with Walmart.

  2. This location is always very busy and the employees were very helpful when I had questions about floodlights, particularly the motion activated. A female associate helped me at first but it wasn’t her dept but she called the person working that dept and he was quick to appear and very knowledgeable. Check out is a nightmare. The two self checkouts were open all registers available and only two other cashiers. Lines were very long. But with only two items and paying with a card I was able to checkout at the pharmacy dept quickly.

  3. They’re always low on products… Always always always appears as though their shelves are half full. I understand people. Things, but I went to three different Walmart’s today left one and went to another one, this door is the only one that never has anything hardly. Somebody’s not doing a good job at ordering and restocking

  4. Went to pick up my online order, apart from the store having absolutely NO shopping carts the store itself was very unorganized. But my main issue was with Angel in OGP she had and attitude with all the customers and had no care for the products. She slung and threw peoples purchases and had no care. A woman was asking a simple question and she acted like it was the most hardest task to give a simple answer. I do not recommend this Walmart.

  5. Love Walmart, Seems I only enjoy going to my local one. I try and go to different places it just seems you are out of place in different areas. Clean store however the general feel of this store needs a lil work. Great clean environment. I just wanted to kill a few hours before I had other activities going on, that i needed to wait. Spend an hour browsing and comparing prices. Then it felt like if there were any positive vibes anywhere, you had to bring it out. Then to be left at a checkout line where I just needed to buy a couple products in this isle. Well I was left standing at the register without a word spoken simply walked off. As if I were doing something wrong… Needless to say I can buy that elsewhere on my way home. Self checkout is fine anyway. Anyway my spouse also works retail, and I say if anyone walks away from a register without a word of excuse me or I’ll be right back. What happened to being courteous or mutual respect. I get along with anyone… I will not shop where stones are thrown, out of sheer disrespect or hate. I’ll stop there again sometime in the not so distant future, hopefully that will be gone.
