The customer service has greatly declined since I left my last 5 star review. My husband waited for over 2 hours in the automotive section for a battery change. He ended up leaving without any help whatsoever from the employees. I waited for over ten minutes yesterday on a refund for a pick-up purchase that the woman at the customer service desk could not figure out how to complete. The team member never came back to help me, and after 10 minutes of waiting I left.
I will pay more money for groceries and shop at Safeway or Smith’s before I will go back to this store.
Horrible customer service! Happened to me twice! The first time I waited over an hour for an associate to unlock a bike for me. Spoke to multiple associates and a manager which all said they were going to page for someone to assist me. I waited over an hour at the bicycle section and saw the same associates I requested assistance from and they just kept walking. None checked up to see if anyone ever helped me out. No one ever showed. I figured waited over an hour for help that never was going to show up was too much so I left. Today 11/16/2023 @12pm, I went again for the same bike, mind you its a little bike on the bottom rack so all I needed assistance with was someone unlocking the bike. So it wasn’t like I needed someone to get it from the top rack. Spoke to 2 different managers and 3 different associates. Spent around 40 minutes waiting this time all said someone was coming with the key to open the lock. Again, no one showed. Walmart you need to step up. I understand you need to lock the bicycles up for safety reasons and or theft but at least give all your associates working in the area the keys if not at least the managers. Surely if they’re trusted to be managers then they can be trusted to carry simple bicycle master keys. Do better walmart then you wonder why your sales are plummeting….
Absolutely horrible customer service! I bought a Christmas tree there yesterday morning it was half off when I went home to set it up the stand was missing so I took it back to exchange it for the same exact tree and they said that tree was discounted and I had to pay full price for this tree mind you it was exactly the same! So they would not honor their prices!! They put the tree in discount because it was a return missing pieces and they should have stated that on the box!! Of course no one wants to actually help you there so be extremely careful when buying discounted prices from kingman Walmart they are discounted because they are defective not because they are trying to get rid of last year’s product!
Every time we stop at the Waffle Cone I am reminded how grateful I am to have a special place like this in our quiet small town. They are always friendly, fast and fun. Thanks for being here guys!
