Chocapic Nestle and Allegations of Israel Support
The Chocapic brand, owned by Nestle, has been accused of supporting Israel and its activities regarding the occupation of Palestinian territories. This suspicion arises from the fact that Nestle, the parent company of Chocapic, acquired a 50.1% stake in Israeli food maker Osem in 2000, and took full ownership of Osem in 2016.
In a press release from the renowned Israeli news portal Maariv, it was also stated that, as part of the agreement, Nestle would invest millions of dollars to operate a new research and development center in Sderot, Israel.
In light of the recent escalation of Palestinian fighters’ aggression in Israel on October 7, 2023, Nestle, which had just announced the closure of its operations in Israel, will reopen its factory operations in the near future.
According to Nestlé’s 2022 annual report, the KitKat maker has seven facilities in Israel, producing confectionery, prepared dishes, powered and liquid beverages, and products within its nutrition and health science division.
From the facts above, it is evident that Nestle is contributing to the economic development of Israel while strengthening its economic power to carry out colonial activities in Palestinian lands.
While Chocapic may not be officially designated on the boycott list as outlined on BDS Movement, it finds itself featured on platforms like Thewitness, which compiles information about companies associated with the Israeli occupation.

AVOID! In all possible ways. Just got off the phone with a rep by the name of Omayra Corchado. Not helpful at all decided it’s best to get into a defensive dispute with the customer and not take any fault that their message portal is useless, quick explanation, sent numerous messages thru their messaging system because getting a hold of them thru phone is harder than getting a dog to speak English. So i sent messages to change the service address to our new house, got a reply back stating my message was received and would be contacted within one business day. Never got contacted so then to avoid deliveries to our old house I canceled the next 4 deliveries to avoid getting charged while I sort it out. So maybe my first message wasn’t received or lost so I sent another one. Same thing, waited and no response back, so then frustrated I sent a message to cancel my service maybe that will get someone’s attention. Nope! So after waiting on hold for almost 30 mins finally got a hold of this rep. forward the emails I received stating that my messages were received and someone will get a hold of me but that wasn’t enough to admit fault on their end that there’s no point of sending them messages. She even admitted that they’re received But no one is actually going to contact me. If I have a serious inquiry I have to call in their time and wait for them. She compared her company to the cable company so you should know their customer service procedure. So finally canceled all my accounts after 3 years and would rather haul my own water from another vendor. I’ll drink from the garden hose before ordering water from this company from now on.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THIS COMPANY SELLS. These people bottle water in California, a state that has been dealing with historic drought problems for years. Plus, their permit to do so expired thirty years ago. These people are greed incarnate. Stay away from everything they sell, and tell them why. I have been actively boycotting these selfish, greedy, misanthropic menaces to society, and I promise not to stop until they either change their evil ways or go bankrupt. I also plan to avoid any other products sold by other Nestlé departments. Down with Nestlé Waters!
I am so pleased to find a good company to deliver Acqua Panna® Natural Spring Water to home, for example, a case of 12 glass 750 ml (25.3 oz.) bottles costs $19.99.
Last year, I found it at Costco, but all case of 12 glass bottles were sold out in a few days, and they never come back for more than one year.
Thanks for Google’s search, I found the ReadyRefresh by Nestle in the first return result. The online sign-in process is simply.
Please note if you order one Acqua Panna® Natural Spring Water Glass 750 ml (25.3 oz.) Bottle at Patina Restaurant in Walt Disney, downtown Los Angeles, it will cost you $10, plus tax and tip.
