I just checked in and my Stay Well hotel room has no toilet paper and has a thick coat of dust on all of the fixtures. It looks like they just paint over everything instead of cleaning the room and the couch looks like it’s holding some secrets. I will never stay here again… you shouldn’t either. Don’t be fooled by the lobby and restaurants. The rooms are gross.
I attended a concert at Dolby Live and this is the best place to stay for this venue. There is an entrance into the event center from the inside of the hotel near the casino. The staff were really friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel offers three separate elevators depending on how high up your room is located. This made it easy to get back and forth without waiting long for the elevator. The rooms were decorated nicely. The bed was soft, and everything appeared clean. The bathroom was a little small but manageable. The only drawback to the hotel room and hotel as a whole is that they have no refrigerator or microwave in the room or located in the hotel for usage. We had food leftover from visiting a restaurant and had no way to warm it up. For this price point, not having a refrigerator or microwave is unacceptable.
In a dozen trips to Vegas for both work or fun the Park is now my favorite. I’m particularly grateful for it being smoke free but it’s amenities are incredible. The pool is fantastic and the restaurant options are amazing. We are at Roy Choi’s “best friend” and it was AMAZING! Definitely will be at the top of our list when we return.
Park MGM is on the strip! The place to be. Can’t beat the location … Other department stores and restaurants are within walking distance!! Loved our stay; Nice, clean, sanitary rooms.
Beware, however, NO ‘fridge or Microwaves are pin the rooms.
(So no bringing leftovers back to your room; you can rent a ‘fridge for the time you’re there, however.)
The staff was pleasant and always helpful! Housekeeping kept the room tidy and clean! If stay again!. . . especially for the special/package price I found!
Just checked out today and I can honestly say I would never stay here again. Part of the problem is I was there for F1 and the rooms were $ inflated (like every hotel in Vegas). We spent over a grand a night and it definitely wasn’t worth a grand. All that aside, even if I just judge the hotel and customer service without the insane price tag, it still fell short in many ways. I’ve never been in a hotel with no fridge. They charge $35 a night to rent a fridge. The room was tiny and too basic, and you can hear your neighbors in the next rooms coughing, talking, or pulling their blinds up. I specifically said, “no feather pillows” but there was a feather pillow. There was no laundry bag, and the TV had glitches the entire stay where we couldn’t watch movies. We were compensated only the $45 resort fee and Natalia at the front desk was not sympathetic, displayed poor customer service and was not friendly at all. She looked at me blankly when I asked where the recycling was and stated that there was no recycling. On a positive note, the shower was clean and had instant hot water. And Primrose restaurant had the best vegan strawberry shortcake I have ever had in my life!
