Clif Mondelez and Allegations of Israel Support

The connection between Clif brand and Israel’s Mondelez has raised concerns among critics who believe that the company is supporting Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. This suspicion stems from the collaboration agreement between Mondelez and The Kitchen, Israel’s only FoodTech-focused incubator. The partnership has resulted in the creation of the SnackFutures teams, an innovation and venture hub in Israel aimed at expanding snacking growth opportunities worldwide.

Jonathan Berger, CEO of The Kitchen, expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating that it will bring tremendous value to The Kitchen and its portfolio companies. He also mentioned the intention to introduce Israeli FoodTech innovation globally.

From this evidence, it is clear that Clif, under the Mondelez umbrella, is contributing to the economic development of Israel while simultaneously strengthening its ability to engage in activities that perpetuate the occupation of Palestinian land. This association reflects a concerning alignment with a nation that has been widely criticized for its actions in the region.

The partnership between Clif brand and Mondelez with The Kitchen raises questions about the company’s ethical stance and its commitment to social responsibility. Supporting businesses that are involved in controversial political activities can have serious consequences for a brand’s reputation and integrity. It is essential for consumers to be informed about the values and actions of the companies they support, particularly when it comes to sensitive geopolitical issues like the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

In conclusion, Clif’s connection to Mondelez and its collaboration with The Kitchen in Israel’s FoodTech sector raises concerns about the company’s involvement in supporting Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. Anyone considering purchasing Clif products should take the company’s affiliations into account when making their purchasing decisions.

  2. Trucker… Came out to there Michigan City, IN site for a delivery and was given the worse customer service. Full of attitude for NO reason! I was late with my load but wasn’t told the load had an appointment. Dock Manager/Paper pusher gives me attitude because “he use to be a trucker, and “THEY” (whoever they is)usually tell you your appointment time, and he’s the one who set today’s appointment, so…” As if that means anything! My dispatch confirmed an appointment time wasn’t given to me when I called and placed them on speaker phone and he still has attitude instead of apologizing. Even gave my dispatch attitude! Before any of this i offered him to reject the load if he needed to… His response: “DID I SAY THAT!” This place and their employees are trash!!!!!!
